So as I arrive this morning (my day off actually) and begin to read scripture I come face to face with the words from the Apostle Paul in his 2nd letter to the Corinthians, in chapter 6, "As God???s co-workers we urge you not to receive God???s grace in vain. 2 For he says, ???In the time of my favor I heard you, and in the day of salvation I helped you.??? "12 God is with us; he is our leader." 2 Chronicles 13:12A In this scripture the great message is delivered, so many of our own have done things against what God has for us, we need to remember He is our leader and we need no other! If we would simply realized that as His church each of us working together needs to hold true to what He has taught us in His word, there is no "gray" area or way to make it different, it is what He said, no compromise! Blog, smog!

It is hot today and I am busy preparing for our food distribution this weekend. Last Friday night we had a thank you BBQ for all who help during this time! There were at least 5 different churches represented, and I am realizing that this whole sense of community that I try hard to build, is being built by God! I can just do my part, and let Him work in this whole issue. We often try to do too much, we can just rest in Him and let His much more capable hands work. Don't despair! He is busy ...
